This page describes how WYODYNAMICS (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use wyodynamics.com (the “Site”). It should be read with our Terms of Service. If you do not agree with this page, do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

WYODYNAMICS is based in Cody, Wyoming. For privacy questions, write to build@wyodynamics.com or call (307) 396-0196.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways.

Information you give us. If you contact us or use a form on the Site, including the Join Us and Contact forms, you may send your name, email address, phone number, organization, and whatever you write in the message.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site, the server and our measurement tools may record your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and the time of the visit.

Cookies and similar tools. We use cookies and similar technologies to run the Site and to understand how it is used. You can control cookies in your browser. If you block them, some parts of the Site may not work as intended.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • operate, secure, and improve the Site;
  • respond to you and consider a relationship with you;
  • understand which pages and materials are useful;
  • comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service; and
  • protect the Site, our people, and others.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Analytics

We use Google Analytics to measure traffic on the Site. Google may collect information about your visit under its own terms and privacy policy. You can learn about Google’s practices and the controls Google offers at policies.google.com/privacy.

5. How we share information

We share information with service providers that host the Site, deliver our contact forms, measure traffic, or otherwise help us operate. Those providers may use the information only to perform services for us. The contact forms are provided by Typeform. What you submit there is also handled under Typeform’s terms and privacy policy.

We may also share information if the law requires it, if we need to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, financing, or sale of the business. We may share information that does not identify you, such as aggregated visit counts.

6. How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, and then for as long as needed to meet legal, accounting, or security requirements. Form submissions are kept long enough to respond and to keep a record of the conversation.

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. No website or transmission is perfectly secure. Please do not send sensitive personal information through the Site unless we have asked you to and you are comfortable doing so.

8. Your choices

You may ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are required or permitted to keep. Email build@wyodynamics.com. You can also stop using the Site and control cookies in your browser.

If you are in a place that gives you additional privacy rights, you may exercise them by contacting us at the same address. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.

9. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International visitors

The Site is operated from the United States. If you use it from somewhere else, your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

11. Changes

We may update this page. When we do, we will change the date at the top. The new version applies from the time it is posted.
